Job Description The Opportunity Join BAE Systems' Infrastructure Management Center and be part of a dynamic team tackling complex technical challenges that support national security. As a key leader, you'll oversee our internal BAE Systems portfolio, driving modernization efforts for nuclear missions and ammunition plant infrastructure, and many other critical projects. With a portfolio representing billions of dollars in work, you'll lead planning, design, and analysis activities to construct or maintain vital Department of War infrastructure. They will be able to navigate complex organizational structures, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments, prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively, and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers, while possessing a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
