Description of responsibilities:

Trading desk support
Location - Must be able to be on-site Hybrid-T, W, TH in McLean, VA
Duration - 10 Weeks, extension
$47 - $57 per hour on W2

4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, a market-facing strategy, Attention to detail, Strong understanding of numbers, Strong communication throughout business areas, ability to follow processes and procedures to the full extent, consistently able to meet deadlines, Excel, Reconciliation, strong analytical skills, comfortable with reviewing , researching and managing data.

Client's Operations team needs support for back office activities related to capital markets trades including those involving derivatives. Supplier will provide back office assistance for the Asset Liability Management (ALM) desk. Specific functions vary by product and include swaps, swaptions, otc and cleared derivatives.

Description of Services
The project will be to support I&CM Operations back office.
2.1 Perform trade processing, confirmation, and settlement.
2.2 Process and report on incoming/outgoing wire activity.
2.3 Reconcile and validate trade data.
2.4 Maintain internal controls across the full trade life cycle.
2.5 Liaise with internal and external business partners as needed.
2.6 Perform other I&CM Operations tasks as needed.
2.7 Track and resolve fail.
