System Administrator with Security Clearance

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required (Must be active in DISS). Location: 100% onsite in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Minimum Requirements:⦁ Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7/8/9) or equivalent.⦁ Experience applying STIGs, security patches, and compliance controls.⦁ Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, NFS, etc.).⦁ Familiarity with Kubernetes.⦁ Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, or Python scripting.⦁ Working knowledge of virtualization and storage management.⦁ DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, or equivalent). Key Responsibilities:⦁ Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and related systems.⦁ Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across multiple environments.⦁ Apply and maintain STIG compliance, patching, and security configurations in accordance with DoD standards.⦁ Automate deployments, configurations, and system tasks using Ansible, Chef, or similar tools.⦁ Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application hosting.⦁ Monitor and troubleshoot system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and related tools.⦁ Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.⦁ Collaborate with cybersecurity, development, and network teams to ensure secure and efficient operations.⦁ Document system changes, configurations, and operational procedures.
