We seek a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and securing enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions to protect RedSky's infrastructure, which supports over 5,000 users, 1,000 servers, and 10,000 endpoints. You will work across cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and integrate new security technologies into Windows and Linux environments. You will leverage automation tools like Ansible, Chef, and Puppet to enhance security posture and streamline processes. You will troubleshoot complex security and system integration issues across multi-platform environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will also provide cybersecurity support for USCENTCOM exercises, requiring up to 10% travel to OCONUS locations. To thrive, you should have:
• A Top-Secret (TS) clearance, with the ability to upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), required.

• Relevant DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification in cybersecurity or systems administration.

• Proven experience in system integration and project support across Windows and Linux environments, focusing on security and operational efficiency.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Linux platforms (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu), including server management and security best practices.

• Experience deploying and integrating core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP across Windows and Linux systems.

• Solid collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across teams and integrate multiple systems into cohesive infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities as the Cybersecurity Engineer include:
• Lead the integration and deployment of new systems and technologies in Windows and Linux environments, ensuring seamless implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, system architects, and other stakeholders, to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet mission requirements.

• Manage integrating new servers, virtual machines, and networking technologies, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation within the existing infrastructure.

• Ensure systems integrations comply with established policies and best practices, minimizing security risks and operational disruptions.

• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise, assisting with system integration efforts and driving automation of workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
