• Tailor technology solutions based on business models and optimize process design and automation to address the customer's changing needs and pain points.
• Prioritize the opportunities and define the customer experience transformation roadmap from development to execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Procurement department on RFP processes. Ensure compliance with all procedures and expenditures do not exceed the resources available.
• Lead the process to continuously evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strengths. Assess external digital opportunities and threats as key inputs to identify digital execution priorities.

Solution Design and Architecture

• Define a scalable future state digital platform architecture.
• Solution design and development for Customer Experience Transformation projects to create an integrated customer experience including but not limited to mobile solutions

o Lead project solution design including vendor selection, concept validation, prototyping and the capturing of necessary artifacts

o Works collaboratively with information security, application & infrastructure teams to produce optimal, high level and cost effective designs.

o Collaborate with IT Enterprise Solutions to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable and comply with ATI accessibility policies

o Facilitates the evaluation and selection of infrastructure solutions and product standards.

o Acts as an arbitrator, as needed, to bring the appropriate parties together to drive discussions to decisions in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with Information Security Office to design, plan and maintain campus infrastructure architecture to adhere to campus information security policy and standards.
• Analyze areas of new technology as it pertains to possible solutions to business problems and assesses options available to the university.
