Immediate need for a talented Fusion Center Engineer. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Allentown, PA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must be located near Allentown, PA, as this role is 100% on premise, shift-based work.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including servers, networking, and workstations.
- Ability to perform fundamental troubleshooting across hardware and software environments.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for tracking and resolving support requests.
- Exposure to change management processes within an IT operations framework.
- Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools used to maintain system health.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Must demonstrate a professional demeanor and maintain a presentable appearance when interacting with customers.
- Hands-on experience with common IT support tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, user account management, and permissions.
- Ability to follow established procedures with precision and attention to detail, particularly in compliance-driven environments.
