Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist (ISSO) for a long term federal program supporting the US Navy, located in Springfield, VA. This is a fully on site role, requiring a TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. Responsibilities: · Analyze system performance and recommend improvements · Assist in maintaining ATO for multiple systems, adhering to RMF, NIST · Research and evaluate existing and future systems and improvements · Act as SME in managing, authoring, and maintaining security policies and documentation · Utilize Xacta and other tools for tracking remediation, POA&M, etc. · Coordinate incident response activities in support of maintain ATO Requirements: · Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience · ACTIVE TS/SCI with CI POLYGRAPH · Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, etc. · Experience using Xacta and/or other tools · Experience managing RMF process from start to finish, communicating with system owners, stakeholders, executives · Must have IAT II certification or higher (Security+, CySA+, etc.) Compensation: · $150,000-200,000 full time salary, depending on experience · Full benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, etc. #LI-CW2
