Job Title Facility Operations Support Technician Location USSTRATCOM, Building 1000, Offutt AFB, Nebraska Clearance Requirement * Active TS/SCI Job Summary The Facility Operations Support Technician will provide advisory and assistance services in support of USSTRATCOM/J43 facility operations. This role is responsible for monitoring facility conditions, managing maintenance and repair actions, and coordinating work activities to ensure operational readiness and compliance with Department of Defense standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and assess facility conditions to identify maintenance and repair needs. * Prioritize, submit, and track work orders for facility systems and specialized equipment. * Coordinate work order execution with internal customers and address concerns or complaints. * Communicate critical updates and facility impacts to leadership in a timely manner. * Prepare technical reports, briefings, and other presentation materials. Required Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, civil engineering maintenance, or a related field. * Knowledge of facility operations principles, practices, and policies. * Familiarity with technical aspects of civil engineering operations and maintenance. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills * Experience with DoD facility management systems. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to operate effectively in a classified environment and comply with all security protocols.
