Role: Flexera Administrator
Remote/Onsite Expectation: 4 days onsite / 1 days WFH (may be flexibility on contract but must be OK with 4 days especially if they convert).
Office Location: Greenwood Village, CO OR Charlotte, NC OR St. Louis, MO

Why open: Flexera is the SAM (software asset mgt) tool they are in the process of implementing and they need support for the application. This is a new application and new learning opportunity where the team is working together to figure it out.

Must have skills/certs/technologies:
- 2-5 years of Application Admin experience supporting a Flexera application (could be Flex One, Flexera One or Flex Net)
- Backgrounds:
o CTL/Lumen, Verizon
o Could be someone with ServiceNow SAM module admin experience, it might be able to translate skills over to flexera.
o **don t want to see software asset mgt in flexera they need to have admin skills in flexera.


Job Description:
Responsible for enhancements and configuration along with the daily administrative support of Flexera One vendor hosted applications. Provide hands-on technical support and enhancements of the application along with knowledge transfer to other team members. Must understand the needs of the business and be able to manage those needs and requirements in support of multiple business groups user administration, system configuration and enhancement requests.

Review business enhancement requests, requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, user stories, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, and workflow analysis
Provide level of effort and estimates for enhancement requests
Manage multiple enhancement initiatives and ongoing daily support for Flexera One vendor hosted application
Work independently and with team members to resolve incidents and problems for the production application in accordance with identified Service Level Agreements
Analyze application related problems, coordinating with multiple in-house teams to diagnose and fix operational issues
Mentor and share knowledge with other team members as well as consulting, advising and training on specialized features and functions
Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions to review and discuss opportunities to improve processes, standards and application efficiencies
Design, configure, code and test enhancements for the application. Review and test enhancements assigned to team members when required
Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
Follow established corporate configuration and change control processes
Engaging/working with vendor on application outage escalations, application upgrade support, application performance and support case monitoring.
Assist with Monthly Operational Reporting to Senior Management - Support Cases Closed, Status on Project Initiatives
