We are a leading force in the manufacturing industry, seeking a seasoned CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and improving our manufacturing processes to boost productivity, reduce cost, and enhance product quality. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, with a strong background in machine maintenance and blueprint reading. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for innovation, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and revise CNC programs for manufacturing processes using the latest software
  • Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and other data to calculate dimensions and tool selection
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes
  • Monitor the CNC machines on the production floor to ensure optimal output
  • Perform regular machine maintenance to ensure efficiency and longevity
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CNC programming
  • Document and maintain records of the CNC programs for future reference
  • Train and guide junior staff members on CNC programming and machine operation
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all operations
  • Continuously research and implement new and efficient manufacturing techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in machine maintenance and blueprint reading
  • Advanced knowledge of CNC programming software
  • Strong understanding of machining operations and tooling concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proven record of improving manufacturing processes and efficiency
  • Certification in CNC Programming or related field is a plus
