We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator SME to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. As a Systems Administrator SME, you will play a critical role in delivering engineering services for complex network infrastructure and enterprise computing infrastructure, including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems. This program delivers Enterprise Computing Engineering services with modern technology solutions with that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. As a mission-focused administrator that solves problems on the program, you will be expected to: recognize the issue(s), identify the facts, define additional data that would be helpful, make assumptions as necessary, determine alternative approaches, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, alter assumptions and rework solutions, and reflect on lessons learned. ABC #LI-DDUNN Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 16 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced. Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following: * Analyzing and troubleshooting software application and network component issues * Performing technical evaluations of client computing software, hardware, and management solutions operating systems installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows servers and desktops. * Develop automated and documented processes and procedures to simplify operational activities* Script and orchestrate using PowerShell, VB Scripts, and Ansible* Provide technical support to applications and utility developers regarding integration into the operating environment* Must possess Window Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands on expertise across various enclaved environments * Collaborate with management, engineering, and internal customers* Advanced skills in:+ Operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows servers and desktops)+ Scripting and orchestration (PowerShell, VB Scripts, Ansible)+ Software/patch deployment configurations and patching compliance+ Troubleshooting software application and network component issues Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) experience * Programming languages: Perl, Python * Familiarity with commercial application software: Apache, Tomcat * SCCM experience * Configuration management tools * Automated system installation technologies * Automated backup systems * Virtual machine (VM) technologies: ESXi, VCenter, VSphere * NetApp Management * Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS * CompTIA Security+ certification * CISSP certification * Azure Fundamentals * AWS Solution Architect - Associate Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
