We are hiring an EVMS Lead who will be responsible for the following: * Implementing and maintaining the organization's Earned Value Management System.* Ensuring compliance with government or customer requirements (e.g., EIA-748 standard for EVMS).* Integrating cost, schedule, and technical performance data.* Training and supporting project teams in EVMS practices.* Analyzing project performance metrics and preparing earned value reports.* Supporting audits and reviews, such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) or DCMA compliance checks.Qualifications * 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience.* Strong background in project controls, cost/schedule analysis, or program management.* Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.* Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.#BNATC SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
