The Industrial Security Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems across the enterprise. This role supports the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of cybersecurity and physical security measures in compliance with federal regulations, including NIST, DFARS, and DoD requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a secure environment and possess strong analytical skills to detect, investigate, and respond to potential security threats. Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents from various sources, including SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms. * Assist in the implementation and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and other applicable frameworks. * Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist with remediation plans. * Support the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and other RMF documentation. * Assist with insider threat monitoring, physical security reviews, and access control audits. * Support incident response and investigation efforts, including evidence collection, documentation, and root cause analysis. * Work with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure system configurations and patch management. * Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with DoD, DHS, and other agency-specific requirements. * Participate in the preparation for and execution of government security inspections and audits (e.g., DCSA). * Maintain awareness of current security threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. * Support training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices and insider threat mitigation. Requirements: * Active TS-SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Five (5) years of extensive directly relevant experience working with DoD security requirements or Federal Government Executive Agencies, including policy analysis, evaluation, interpretation, and coordination; knowledge of national security, intelligence, and CI methods and procedures to develop and inform the development of security policy on issues not limited to but including Controlled Unclassified Information, Foreign Disclosure, management of classified national security information, Restricted Data and Formerly Restricted Data, Sensitive Compartmented Information, Special Access Programs; the National Industrial Security Program, declassification, and records management. * One (1) year of experience developing briefing materials and presenting to peers and senior leadership in areas including policy, strategy, oversight functions, and capability gaps. * Two (2) years of experience supporting senior DoD or officials as a staff and/or action officer. * Two (2) years of staff officer experience conducting research and analysis of DoD policy/guidance documents and legal decisions. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD, DHS, or Intelligence Community contracts * Understanding of physical and personnel security in accordance with NISPOM Why Work for Us?
