Qualifications You Have: * 8+ years of experience in sof tware development, large-scale Agile, including Scaled Agile Framework, and managing the development of sof tware systems and modernization efforts in forward-leaning te chn ology, such as cloud, DevSecOps, or MLOps automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks in the DoD, federal government, or commer cia l entities * Experience architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work * Experience with Offensive Cyberspace Operations or Computer Network Operations environments * Experience with USCYBERCOM or IC operations * Knowledge of system engineering practices and ITSM * Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment * Ability to work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into te chn ical solutions * Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * 5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting * Experience implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Master's degree in a Science, Te chn ology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required . Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96.16 to $115.39 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.
