Key Responsibilities:

  • WCMS Management: Manage and support WCMS components, focusing on administration and integration tasks.
  • Production Support: Provide end-to-end production maintenance support, utilizing tools such as Bitbucket.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders on various technology projects and collaborate with business teams.
  • SDLC Engagement: Actively engage in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure project success.
  • Time Allocation: Approximately 40% of time on WCMS management, 20% on maintenance, and 40% on business team collaboration.

Must have:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred; less experience may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates should be able to clearly articulate their experiences in detail.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with web content management systems (e.g., ACQUI, Drupal, or similar), cloud technologies, CDN, WAF (firewall), and Bitbucket.
  • Personality: Outgoing and capable of mediating discussions among stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
