Description Command Post Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead ITSM initiatives and manage a 55-member team across physical and cybersecurity projects. The role involves strategic oversight, daily operations, and collaboration with stakeholders from security, IT, engineering, and government sectors, with a strong focus on building a capable and motivated workforce that exceeds contract goals and deliverables. Key Responsibilities * Maintain regular communication with government representatives (e.g., COR, ACOR) through formal and informal channels to provide updates on resources, technical progress, and contract performance.* Lead monthly and quarterly reporting efforts, including written Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and verbal/written Program Management Reviews (PMRs).* Conduct meetings with the ACOR to review deliverables, clarify expectations, and address developments impacting performance (e.g., mission changes or travel).* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with program objectives.* Develop and manage project documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, cost estimates, and recommendations.* Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and deliver executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making.* Identify risks and implement contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines and outcomes.* Promote integration and collaboration between Environment Operations and Technical Operations teams.* Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback and applying best practices to enhance project management efficiency.* Oversee talent acquisition and management, including job descriptions, interviews, hiring decisions, and personnel development.* Manage onboarding, offboarding, training, and security clearance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.* Coordinate and assess annual personnel evaluations, keeping corporate leadership informed of contract performance and workforce metrics. Requirements * Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business/IT Management.* 5 Years of Program/Program Management and Task Lead experience.* 5 Years of experience in Information Technology.* Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects, and meeting/exceeding program objectives.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.* Possess computing and networking IA Baseline certifications for IAM2-IA Baseline Certification.* Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.* A non-disclosure agreement will be required for this position.
