As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. Additionally, you'll grow your skills in areas like Automation, Cloud Based Security, and gain valuable AWS experience and certifications while developing critical systems for national security and defense clients. Qualifications You Have: * 2+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed applications
* 2+ years of experience utilizing software development frameworks, tools, and methodologies
* 2+ years of experience creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
* Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS for building and deploying applications
* Experience with containerization and orchestration using AWS ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes in an AWS environment
* Experience integrating cloud-native architectures with software engineering best practices to build resilient, scalable applications in the AWS ecosystem
* Knowledge of AWS infrastructure automation tools, such as CloudFormation or Terraform
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* HS Diploma or GED
* Ability to obtain an AWS Solutions Architect certification within 6 months from hire date Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,143.26 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
