Job Description Job Title:Master Automotive TechnicianLocation:  6290 Atlanta Highway, Alpharetta, GA 30004Job Overview:We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team a qualified Master Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. This individual seeks out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. They compliment the skills and capabilities of our existing team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Use their knowledge & skill to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers. Work closely with the Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations that address each guest concern.Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections.Continuously build automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, to meet deadlines, and to deliver distinguished results.Follow and promote our high standards of excellence in safety and cleanliness.Treat our guests and other team members with respect and integrity. Qualifications Qualifications: Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieveDiesel and Euro experience preferred but not requiredCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmission vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computer and/or a tablet Additional Information Our mission is simple - Love your neighbor as yourself.Christian Brothers Automotive was built on the basic principle that honesty and integrity should be the driving force behind our business.
