The Clinical Nurse I provides critical patient care in the Medical Surgical Hospitalist M4 department, focusing on assessment, coordination, and management of patient needs throughout their care journey. This role also emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols while advancing nursing competencies. Registered Nurses in this position are essential for delivering high-quality healthcare and enhancing patient satisfaction through collaborative practices.

Day (United States of America)The Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge, including during transitions within the acute care stay. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. ** Registered Professional Nurses that participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAPHourly Range: $33.00 - $33.99
