Travel Nurse (RN) Oncology (ONC Unit) at Epic Travel Staffing summary:

The Travel Nurse (RN) specializes in Medical Surgical Oncology, providing care for adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced hospital environment. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, including familiarity with oncologic emergencies and electronic documentation systems. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to fulfill the assignment requirements.

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical Oncology
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 12 weeks
Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Requirements:
  • GA license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • BLS
  • General Skills and Work Setting : Oncology diagnoses from diagnosis to death, Hematology diagnoses, DNR/CC, Oncologic emergencies, Occasional off service; chemo precautions, morphine drips, dilaudid drips, cadd pumps, pca pumps
  • Electronic Documentation
  • OCN preferred
  • Previous Charge experience preferred
  • Teaching Hospital experience preferred
  • Community Hospital experience preferred
