- 12 hour shifts (7-7), every other weekend, holidays required as well.
- All nurses float to other units as needed.

- Building: South Tower, 4th floor

- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Unit staffing description: 4 South has 2 stations and uses 2 unit secretaries 0600-2200 daily. We utilize patient care techs at all times, the amount and ratio fluctuates depending on census.
- Type of equipment: Telemetry for each room with monitors in the stations, Dynamaps for vital signs, glucometers, iMobile phones, bladder scanner.
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Patient Experience requirements: Hourly rounding, bedside shift report, My Care Boards, AIDET
- Hospital Specifics- Pathways to Excellence Certified, Certified Stroke Center, Certified Chest Pain Center, Level II Trauma Center
