Illumia Health is hosting an open house hiring event for various clinical roles including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Social Workers as part of its new Palliative Care division in Grand Rapids. The event will take place on January 22 from 10am-6pm at the Heartland Hospice office, where prospective candidates can meet the team and explore career opportunities in hospice care. Illumia Health is opening a Palliative Care division in Grand Rapids.  Due to this new location, we will be adding to our hospice team,

*Flex Medical Social Worker -  Hospice 

*Nurse Practitioners - Advanced Illness Palliative Care 

*Clinical Manager - Advanced Illness Palliative Care or Home Health
