The role involves participating in pediatric care programs such as Reach Out and Read and Vaccines for Children, with call responsibilities primarily for a level one nursery. The job offers a generous compensation package including loan repayment, CME allowance, insurance benefits, and a guaranteed salary with transition options. Established traditional office practice joining three physicians and a nurse practitioner. Flexible scheduling with newly expanded hours 8am to 7pm Mon-Fri and Saturday mornings. One in four call primarily for the level one nursery. Minimal inpatient rounding with no designated Pediatric unit. Proud participant in the Reach out and Read program where children are given age appropriate book to promote literacy, at their well child visits. Participant in Vaccines for Children programs. Generous compensation package including loan repayment assistance, CME allowance, health insurance, malpractice insurance, and guaranteed salary for two years with the ability to convert to productivity-based incentive pay at any time.
