Requirements:
- WI RN License
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Must have at least 1 year of travel experience - FIRM required
- Trauma Level II experience required
- BLS
- ACLS
- TNCC
- PALS
- Float required
- Charting Experience: EPIC required
- Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc. Very face-paced environment. 3-4 pts per nurse. Epic computer charting. Pyxis medication dispenser. RNs draw labs, lab in house, RN does neb treatments. RT in house. Xray staff on site in ED
