The RN Medical Team Administrator plays a pivotal role in coordinating patient care within a secure environment, emphasizing ethical nursing practices and autonomy in decision-making. This leadership position goes beyond typical nursing roles, focusing on the needs of an underserved patient population. With a commitment to integrity and teamwork, the administrator supports nurses in delivering high-quality care while fostering professional growth and accountability.

The Medical Team is driven by each of our local Nurse Administrators who coordinate the patient needs and plans of care in a secure controlled environment.
