The Clinical Nurse II specializes in managing and coordinating patient care for those with infectious diseases in a secure unit, focusing on efficient transitions throughout the acute care process. This Registered Professional Nurse assesses, plans, and implements care while ensuring that compassionate and competent treatment is delivered consistently. Nurses may advance in their career through the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway by demonstrating increasing levels of proficiency and expertise.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. ** Registered Professional Nurses that participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.Hourly Min= $34.65
Hourly Max= $35.69
