As a KFC General Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the operations of a multi-million dollar restaurant, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, and ensuring high standards in food quality and workplace culture. Your role involves motivating the staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining the restaurant's profitability through effective leadership and customer engagement. This position requires a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to fostering a positive work culture while serving delicious meals to customers.

Requirements:

You love the excitement of the restaurant business and know every day is different. - And, you’re at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (not public transportation – you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant sometimes) and a true desire to learn and grow.
