Candidates must hold an active Indiana medical license, DEA registration, and meet credentialing requirements for a one-year contract period. Coverage Needed : Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: One year from start date Schedule: Monday through Friday, Scheduled/Elective Cases: Tuesdays and Wednesdays Coverage Type: Unrestricted call during the week and every other weekend Clinical Details : Required Procedures: Isolated CABG, CABG/AVR, AVR Provide team support for interventional cardiology and electrophysiology, etc Call: Unrestricted call with on-site response within 30 minutes EMR: EPIC Support Staff: APP with First Assist capability, anesthesia with TEE capability for OR, perfusion, first assist, cardiac nursing, and clinic staff APP and Pulmonary Critical Care can provide weekend rounding support Patient Volume: 100 pump cases Requirements : Active IN license IN DEA & CSR Board Certified in Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgery Ability to provide case logs if needed CV must be in Month / Year format Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.
