  • NJ License
  • 2 years experience
  • Experience in ICU and Antibiotic stewardship
  • Successfully completed NAPLEX
  • Epic, Pyxis, and I-vents experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PharmD
  • BCPS preferred
  • Pharmacy One Source experience preferred

Will attend interdisciplinary ICU rounds daily, Monday-FridayWill perform antibiotic stewardship activities house-wideWill provide support to med/surg as well (potentially attend rounds, answer clinical questions)Will work with pharmacy staff to answer any clinical questions

Patient Mix/Skillset: Adult inpatientsPeds can be treated in the ER; no inpatient pedsNo L+D
