The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth is an intensive nine-month training program designed for recent graduates with advanced degrees in nursing or physician assistant studies. Participants will gain hands-on experience in delivering compassionate care to acutely ill patients, guided by experienced mentors and engaged in innovative care delivery models. This fellowship prepares healthcare professionals to work independently while contributing to the transformation of healthcare delivery in the comfort of patients' homes.
