Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth Management summary:

The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth is a nine-month intensive program designed for recent graduates from Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programs. Participants will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from Advanced Practice leaders, gaining hands-on experience in managing acutely ill patients within an innovative care delivery model. This fellowship aims to equip fellows with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in various settings.

How You'll Make an Impact:

They will provide comprehensive education, training, and feedback on how to care for the acutely ill patient as you participate in transforming healthcare, one patient at a time. Interviews for the next cohort will start January 2025 and the program will begin April 14th, 2025.

What You'll Do:

For your first portion of the program, you will participate in intensive classroom didactic and skills sessions and receive one-on-one in person training, guided by a seasoned provider while caring for patients in our unique care delivery model(s).
