Endocrinology Physician at Inspire Healthcare summary: The Endocrinology Physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients, specializing in type 1 diabetes management using advanced technologies. Description: The physician will work collaboratively with our current team of one endocrinologist, an endocrinology nurse practitioner, RN-CDE, RD and 5 support staff to deliver the highest quality patient care. We have an active program utilizing the latest technologies for treating type 1 diabetes and draw patients from all Northern Indiana and South West Michigan. Flexible Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday Option to work up-to 50% remote Average outpatient volume: 15-20 per day Fully clinic based practice or option for inpatient consultations 1 " 2 times per week at our brand new hospital Certified Diabetes Educator onsite Registered Dietician onsite EPIC electronic medical record Compensation: Competitive compensation Paid malpractice 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipend Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability Customized marketing support Community: Counties merge the best of small-town friendliness with easy access to Chicago" less than 60 miles away.
