In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. (where applicable)Job Responsibilities: Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededJob Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferredPrevious experience as a phlebotomist.
