Mechanics will also be responsible for the documentation, completion, and keeping of current maintenance logs for all repairs and parts used daily. Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.)   Great Diesel Mechanics are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization.
