$10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified external candidates who have 2+ years of experience working in a Level III or IV neonatal ICU, pediatric ICU, pediatric only inpatient acute care unit, and/or pediatric ED
Provide respiratory care to all patients in the Infant ICU, Pediatric ICU, ED, Medical, Surgical, Hem/Onc and Rehab units
  
*Required Education and Experience*
Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care.

*Required Credentials*
Registered Respiratory Therapist with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
BLS for Healthcare Providers or current PALS certification. (PALS certification required within 6 months of hire).

*Preferred*
One (1) year current critical care experience-adult, pediatric or neonatal.
PALS, NRP, and/or Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty credential from the NBRC.
Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care or other health related field.  
*Compensation Range*
$37.43 - $60.57 per hour*Salary Information*
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
