  • Certification Details
  • Must have AART/RDMS certification.
  • Must have BLS certifications.
  • Job Details
  • The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • The Ultrasound Technician maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and/or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
  • Responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: abdominal, pelvic (gynecological & obstetrical), transvaginal sonograms, as well as scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotum), along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.
  • Job Requirements
  • Must have AART/RDMS certification.
  • Must have BLS certifications, must be through the American Heart Association; RQI certifications will not be accepted.
  • Must have 2 years recent US Tech experience.
  • MUST USE TEMPLATE BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.
