  • Infant Transition / Baby Catcher experience
  • Advanced skills needed: Special care nursery caring for feeder/growers, NG feeds, drug withdrawal infants, IV fluid weaning and management
  • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): NG tubes, IV starts, stabilization of infants via intubation and central line placement
  • Best personality Fit
  • Schedule Information
  • Scheduling requirements: 50% weekends
  • Floating policy: Well Baby, Transition, Special Care Nursery
  • Unit Specific Information
  • Number of Beds: 14 LDRP
  • Number of Staff – Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift
  • Patient Ratios – : PP/WB 1:7, SCN 1:3
  • Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 unit secretary and 1 24/7 OB Tech
  • Type of equipment - : GE
  • EMR - Documentation system: Meditech / CPN Centricity
  • Dress Code: Galaxy Blue Scrubs
