HVAC Service Parts Coordinator

The HVAC Service Parts Coordinator at Unique Indoor Comfort is responsible for managing the logistics and procurement of parts for field operations, ensuring timely supply for customer appointments and overseeing inventory in the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various teams to meet operational needs. Additionally, the position emphasizes the importance of customer service and team values, promoting a supportive workplace culture that encourages professional growth.

What You'll Do:
- Implementing established delivery systems for field operations based on daily needs.
- Sourcing materials from a variety of vendors to ensure materials are procured efficiently and accurately.
- Partnering with our Customer Experience Group (CEG) to ensure materials are received in time for customer appointments.
- Processing Parts Requests and Warranty Parts Claims.
- Logistical Planning to maximize efficiencies of the warehouse and field technicians.
- Supporting field operations as needed.
- Oversight of service inventory in warehouse and on trucks
- Conduct inventory audits to maintain proper levels
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of vehicles where necessary.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Purchasing or logistics background preferred
- Supervision experience/managing one or two team members preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle consistent workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner, highly adaptable to new processes
- Good project management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
