The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth prepares Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for independent patient care through a comprehensive nine-month training program. Participants engage in classroom sessions, hands-on patient care training, and receive mentorship from Advanced Practice leaders to enhance their clinical skills. This innovative fellowship focuses on transforming healthcare delivery by equipping fellows with the expertise to manage acutely ill patients effectively.
