Clinical Nurse I- D4E: Hematology/Oncology

The Clinical Nurse I in Hematology/Oncology is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing patient care plans throughout their hospital stay. This role involves delivering compassionate care while managing the needs of assigned patients and ensuring seamless transitions during their care episode. The nurse collaborates with the caregiving team to maintain high standards of patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

transitions within the acute care stay. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and
coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate
patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the
inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
