The Clinical Nurse I in the Secure Unit is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, and delivering patient care throughout the care episode. The role focuses on ensuring competent and compassionate nursing care, while managing the transition of patients toward discharge. Participation in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway is encouraged, allowing nurses to progress in their professional development.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. ** Registered Professional Nurses that participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) must progress from novice to competent within a specialty. Nurses are eligible to apply for advancement to proficient or expert status as outlined in the NPAP.Hourly Min= $33.00
