As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing world-class patient care, helping individuals on their health journey in the Hudson, River Falls, and New Richmond areas of Wisconsin. Your responsibilities will include utilizing rehabilitation techniques for complex neurologic injuries in a home health setting, contributing to a culture of empathy and inclusion. This position offers competitive compensation based on your experience and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Overview:

Salary Range: $105K - $115K

Territory: WI: Hudson, River Falls, New Richmond areas

 

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation.

Qualifications: Be the Best Home Health Occupational Therapist You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you

  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
  • Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with license or certificate within the state providing services
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
