Night Nurse Supervisor

The Night Nurse Supervisor oversees the nursing staff at Franciscan Village, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for residents in a long-term care setting. This role includes monitoring staffing levels, scheduling, and maintaining accurate resident records while also stepping in as a staff nurse when necessary. The position requires a valid RN license, 1-2 years of supervisory experience, and a commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Franciscan Village - Lemont, IL
Night SHift - 10-630A
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises and oversees direct nursing staff.
- Monitor Staffing levels and schedule.
- Function as a Staff Nurse when needed,
- Monitor completion and accuracy of resident records.
- Ensure completion of all nursing staff assignments.
- Prepare reports
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous Nursing Supervisor Experience.
- 3 years experience working in Long Term Care Setting.
- Valid RN license
