We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Conway, AR, and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve. BCBA Benefits: Competitive salary with flexible scheduling – set your own hours as we grow Professional development and CEU opportunities Options for part-time work, with the potential to transition to full-time Health insurance and paid time off for eligible full-time roles Make a real difference as part of a growing and mission-driven team Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload) Performance-based bonus opportunities Job Types: Full-time · Part-time · Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications: Current BCBA certification (required) Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required) Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork Location: Primary service area: Conway, AR Hybrid model: in-home in School services with flexibility for remote documentation Be part of something meaningful from the ground up.
