The role of a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) involves providing remote psychotherapy sessions and overseeing medication management, leveraging tools and resources to thrive in a private practice. By partnering with Headway, therapists can handle insurance processes seamlessly, have flexible scheduling options, and receive marketing support to grow their patient base. This position requires a Master’s level degree with a valid mental health license and offers the chance to practice either in-person or via telehealth from home.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home.
