Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth Management summary:

The Transition to Practice Fellowship at DispatchHealth is designed for recent graduates in Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programs, offering a nine-month intensive training to prepare fellows for independent patient care. Participants will engage in a blend of hands-on clinical practice, didactic learning, and mentorship under experienced advanced practice leaders. This innovative program focuses on equipping healthcare professionals with the skills needed to manage acute patient conditions effectively within a mobile healthcare delivery model.

How You'll Make an Impact:

They will provide comprehensive education, training, and feedback on how to care for the acutely ill patient as you participate in transforming healthcare, one patient at a time. Interviews for the next cohort will start January 2025 and the program will begin April 14th, 2025.
