HVAC Project Mechanical Foreman (Union) at Johnson Controls summary:

A skilled HVAC Project Mechanical Foreman with over five years of experience in industrial HVAC systems and mechanical equipment service. Responsible for leading a team of technicians, managing project quotes, scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance while providing excellent customer service. Holds a Mechanical Journeyman License and possesses strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

What you will do 

Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. 

 

How you will do it 

A self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work. 

 

What we look for 

Required 

  • Mechanical Journeyman License  
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience. 
  • Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
