The role follows the Patient-Centered Medical Home model and involves:Evaluations & Treatment: Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnose mental disorders, and develop treatment plans, including medication management.Medication Management: Prescribe appropriate psychotropic medications and determine follow-up visit frequency.Patient Care & Support: Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with therapists, counselors, and external healthcare providers when hospitalization is required.Evidence-Based Practices: Provide psychiatric treatment using research-based methods and ensure completion of PHQ-9 at each visit.Communication & Coordination: Engage with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining accurate documentation within 24 hours of each visit.Professional Development: Participate in peer supervision and ongoing training to stay updated on mental healthcare advancements.
