May volunteer to participate in a temporary taskforce/short-term committee.7. Acts as an informal resource for other technicians with less experience.8. Provides support in the training of students and onboarding of new pharmacy technicians.9. Serves as a mentor and role model.10. Stays abreast of advanced knowledge and proficient practice in pharmacy dispensing, medication dispensing systems, controlled substance distribution to floors, pre-packing and any other pharmacy technician duties.11.
