The Clinical Nurse II in the Infectious Disease Med/Surg Unit is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and implementing patient care throughout the episode of care, with a focus on effective transitions and discharge planning. This role ensures high-quality, compassionate care is delivered consistently by the caregiving team in various settings, including inpatient and ambulatory. The position requires knowledge of patient care coordination, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and collaboration with healthcare staff and facilities.

The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.Hourly Min= $34.65
